If you dig deeper into Houston, many underground cultures are not covered by the lamestream media. This lack of diverse coverage does Houston a disservice by diluting its overall character. Outsiders looking in do not have a complete perspective on the city. For one, Houston has a rich hip-hop culture, and by the looks of the hip-hop struggle, the true meaning of hip-hop lives in Houston.
